In the fields of Islamic economics, many discussions have been raised about property and wealth, ownership, business, and economic efforts. However, the category of investment, and especially the factors that increase it, has not been explained in a general or detailed manner. Considering the comprehensiveness of the Islamic religion and the capacity of religious and jurisprudential rulings regarding the possibility of issuing appropriate rulings and being influenced by the requirements of time and place, in the context of issues needed by society and even innovative issues and the adaptation of religious rulings, has Islamic jurisprudence paid attention to the factors that increase investment? What are these factors? Based on the research and investigation conducted in this study, it is clarified in a descriptive and analytical method based on quantitative and qualitative data and by referring to various sources of Islamic jurisprudence; the factors that increase investment in Islamic jurisprudence include important factors such as; risky investment, legitimate economic activities, government support and guidance, structural and foundational factors, variables of the monetary and real sectors of the economy, correct tax policies, monetary policies, and the background of creating political, social, and legal security platforms.
