The purpose of the research is to explain and present the model of spiritual capital and organizational virtue in developing professional moral courage with an emphasis on the foundations and teachings of Islamic economics in professors and staff of Razavi University. This research is of an applied type and has a descriptive-correlational approach and has been conducted in a quantitative and field manner. The statistical population included all professors and staff of Razavi University (a total of 154 people) and the sample was selected through a census. The data collection tool was the standard questionnaires of spiritual capital, organizational virtue and professional moral courage, whose validity was confirmed by a group of experts in the field of Islamic economics and management, and the Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient for all three questionnaires was higher than 0.80. Descriptive and inferential statistics (correlation tests and structural equations) were used to analyze the data using SPSS and LISREL software. The results of the research showed that spiritual capital, with the role of a mediator of organizational virtue, has a significant effect on professional moral courage; In a way that its strengthening can lead to the development of ethical professional behaviors and a move towards realizing the principles and values of Islamic economics in academic institutions. The research findings emphasize the necessity of paying attention to the spiritual and virtue-based dimensions of human resource management in order to increase justice, responsibility, trust, and human dignity in academic environments, in accordance with the Islamic economics approach.
